Auction of 22 September 2026 - Vehicles

The Registration, Domains and VAT Administration, Domains Office in Esch-sur-Alzette will hold a public auction:

• on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at 10:00 in the ‘Hall C’ building at Ellergronn, located at 1, rue Ellergronn L-4114 in Esch-sur-Alzette,
• various vehicles and items

Lots 1 and 5 through 8 are stored at the WSA Impound Lot (19 Uerschterhaff Street, L-4498 Sanem). Viewing will take place on September 18, 2026, from 13:30 to 14:30. For any further information, interested parties should contact the WSA Impound Lot (tel.: +352 593061247, email: fj@wsa.lu).

Lots 2 and 9 through 14 are stored at the Fourrière Nord (Z.I. Jean Piret, Impasse de l’Industrie, L-7739 Colmar-Berg). Viewing will take place on September 18 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00. Lots 3 and 15 through 21 are stored at the Fourrière Sud-Ouest at the Eurohub Sud Logistics Park (504 Z.A.E. Wolser G, L-3434 Dudelange). Viewing will take place on September 17 2026 at 14:00. Lots 4 and 23 through 37 are stored at the Fourrière Capitale (Rue de Trèves, L-2632 Luxembourg Findel). Viewing will take place on September 21 2026 from 12:00 to 13:00. Lot 22 is stored at the Customs Center in Howald (Rue in Bouler, L-1350 Howald). Viewing will take place on September 21 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00. The lots are sold as is. Prices are payable with an additional 10% for costs. Payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer no later than 3 workking ays after the auction. Payments by bank card at the venue are no longer accepted. Lots must be picked up no later than September 30, 2026. Vehicles must be picked up using a trailer or tow truck. The details provided in the lot list and the photos are for inormation purposes only. They shall not give rise to any disputes or the cancellation of the auction.

Bidders that are natural persons must present a valid identity document (identity card or passport). Bidders who are company directors or authorised representatives must provide, in addition to the documents mentioned above, an extract from the Trade and Companies Register dated within the last 6 months, as well as a copy of the power of attorney authorising them to bind the company.

Participation in any public auction conducted by the Administration of Registration, Domains, and VAT implies unconditional acceptance of the general terms and conditions of the auctions.
