Auction of 6 August 2026 - Vehicles

The Registration, Domains and VAT Administration, Domains Office in Esch-sur-Alzette will hold a public auction:

• on Thursday, 6 August 2026 at 10:00 in the ‘Hall C’ building at Ellergronn, located at 1, rue Ellergronn L-4114 in Esch-sur-Alzette,
• various vehicles and items

Lots 1, 2, 9 and 10 are stored at WSA Impound Lot (19, rue Uerschterhaff, L-4498 Sanem). Viewing will take place on August 4, 2026, from 13:30 to 14:30. For further information, please contact WSA Impound Lot (tel.: +352 593061247, Email: fj@wsa.lu).

Lots 3 through 12 à 16 are stored at Fourrière Sud-Ouest in the Eurohub Sud Logistics Park (504 Z.A.E. Wolser G, L-3434 Dudelange). Viewing will take place on August 5, 2026 at 14:00. Lot 11 is stored at Dépannage et Remorquage Bendels S.à r.l. (38A, Haaptstrooss, L-6665 Herborn). Viewing is available by appointment only (Tel.: +352 621515253, Email: derebe1@pt.lu). 

Lots are sold as is. Prices are payable with an additional 10% for costs. Payments must be made by bank transfer no later than 3 working days after the auction. Payments by bank card at the venue are no longer accepted. Lots must be collected by 14 August 2026 at the latest. Vehicles must be collected using a trailer or tow truck. The details provided in the lot list and the photographs are for information purposes only. They shall not give rise to any disputes or the cancellation of the auction.

Bidders that are natural persons must present a valid identity document (identity card or passport). Bidders who are company directors or authorised representatives must provide, in addition to the documents mentioned above, an extract from the Trade and Companies Register dated within the last 6 months, as well as a copy of the power of attorney authorising them to bind the company.

Participation in any auction organised by the Registration, Domains and VAT Administration implies unconditional acceptance of the general terms and conditions of the auction.
