Searches were carried out, notably between 10 and 15 June 2026 inclusive, in Luxembourg and abroad as part of an investigation into losses estimated at over 200 million euros suffered by a Luxembourg investment fund.

The investigation, led by the Luxembourg State Prosecutor’s Office, Economic and Financial Department, led to searches at the premises of six individuals suspected of involvement in acts that may constitute, in particular, offences of misappropriation of company assets, fraudulent bankruptcy, fraud, breach of trust, forgery and use of forged documents, as well as money laundering.
